Please read through this carefully


Fun lunches are held on Thursdays alternating from the healthy hunger weeks. To order your Pizza/Hot Dog lunches please fill out the forms below, it is a separate payment and ordering process from the Healthy Hunger website.

Pizza Lunch Pricing is as follows:
1 Slice Combo (1 slice of pizza, 1 bag of chips and 1 drink) = $6

2 Slice Combo (2 slices of pizza, 1 bag of chips and 1 drink) = $8


Hot Dog Lunch Info:

The Hot Dogs combos will consist of:

ALL BEEF Hot Dog, 1 bag of chips and 1 juice box for all grades


Combo 1 (1 Hot Dog, 1 bag of chips and 1 juice) = $5

Combo 2 (2 Hot Dogs, 1 bag of chips and 1 juice) = $7



Please fill these forms per student, and Etransfer with student's name in message to: parentcouncil@atlaslearningacademy.com


***E-Transfer is the only form accepted and must be received the Monday prior to the dates listed***


If you do not fill out the forms or send payment before the cut off day,

Pizza nor Hot dogs will not be ordered for your child.

Pizza & Hot Dog Lunch FAQs

What happens if my child is sick on a pizza or Hot dog day that I've paid for?

If your child is sick and we know before Tuesday of that week please email parentcouncil@atlaslearningacademy.com so we can carry forward the missed day to the next round of ordering.


If your child is sick the day of, please arrange a time with the School office for the pizza to be picked up or donated to a teacher/student of the school that day.


**Note that Parent Council are parent volunteers, we are not in the school nor do we know your child's attendance.**

When is Order cut off and what happens if it's missed?

Order cut off for Pizza & Hot Dog Lunches is the Monday prior of the Thursday date.

If you have not ordered before then, please send a lunch for your child that week.

Why do we do this for a few months at a time?

This is more for the sake of planning and it is also to be more cautious around potential school closures.

We will look into doing this differently in the new school year

How do we pay for Pizza and Hot Dog Lunch?

Payment is etransfer to ParentCouncil@AtlasLearningAcademy.com

We have auto-deposit so no password is required

When are Refunds Processed?

Refunds for Pizza Lunches are compiled and moved forward to the next round of ordering. However, if there are funds available to refund at the end of the school year, then an email is sent to those who can receive the refund and it is then processed as requested.

Please note this is done once a year as we lose out on fees each time etransfers are sent out.

What happens if there is a school closure for a pizza day?

If the school is closed due to weather or online learning; the day will be carried forward to next round of ordering.

Healthy Hunger FAQs

Most of the answers are from Healthy Hunger directly, this is a third party service to Atlas Learning Academy and the name of the company.

What happens if my child is sick and it's past the cut off date for the Healthy Hunger?

Please arrange a time with the School office to pick up your order or donate to someone at the school.

What is the Cut Off Date for ordering Healthy Hunger?

The Cut Off date for Healthy Hunger is Saturday prior to the Healthy Hunger planned day.

NO EXCEPTIONS

What happens if I want to cancel before the cut off day?

Head over to HealthyHunger.ca, sign in and cancel the order. You can request refunds up to 5 days prior to the day of the order, which would then be by Saturday evenings.

Refunds are through Healthy Hunger only and can take a few days to appear

What happens if there is a school or class closure for a Healthy Hunger day?

If the school is closed: We will do everything we can to arrange a refund. Healthy Hunger is a third party company to us, we then rely on the restaurant to cancel as well, which they incurr fees for.

Please do not contact us for the refunds as we are not able to process them for you.

Do you buy groceries, gas, household items, shop at department or renovation stores,

do you eat in restaurants, go to the movies or need gifts for holidays, birthdays & special events?


FundScrip is a fundraising program that lets our group raise much need funds simply by purchasing gift cards to the stores you are already shopping at.


You purchase a $100 grocery card and your will receive a $100 gift card and a percentage of your purchase will be donated to our fundraising campaign.

Purchased 9 new laptops for the coding club (more to come eventually)


2021/2022:

The Playground Structure was fully purchased ($54,000)

20 New Chromebooks for the Students to use in the 2022/2023 school year

Games and Educational Resources for the classrooms


2020/2021:

New gym equipment such as the basketballs, soccer balls, footballs and more

Chrome Books & the Gym flooring (yes it used to be carpet until the purchase of the building by the school
